MingFate User Agreement

This MingFate User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and Jinhua Juhe Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the MingFate application, website and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Overview of the Services

• MingFate is a digital platform that provides astrology, numerology and other fortune‑telling and self‑reflection tools, including BaZi charts, divination and compatibility readings.
• The Services are provided solely for your personal, non‑commercial use. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

2. Eligibility, Account Registration and Security

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract under the laws that apply to you in order to use the Services. Where local law requires it, you must be at least the minimum age of majority.
• You may be required to create an account (for example, using your mobile phone number or other login method) in order to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us promptly.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that any information you provide is inaccurate, incomplete, or violates applicable law or this Agreement.

3. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the Services only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not use the Services to engage in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable activity, or to promote such activity.
• You must not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Services, or attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

4. Paid Features, Subscriptions and Refunds

• Certain features of the Services may be offered on a paid basis, such as premium memberships, paid readings or other value‑added services. The applicable prices and terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
• Before completing a purchase, please carefully review the product or service description, duration, price and any applicable conditions. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non‑refundable once the order has been successfully processed.
• Where recurring subscriptions are offered, we will clearly disclose the billing cycle and cancellation method. You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the instructions provided within the Services or by the relevant app store.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, design, user interface, text, images, trademarks, logos, and analysis results, are owned by Jinhua Juhe Network Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
• Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

• We care about your privacy. Our collection and use of your personal data in connection with the Services are described in the MingFate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
• By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Disclaimers; No Professional Advice

• The Services, including all charts, interpretations, readings and other content, are provided for entertainment, inspiration and self‑reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (including legal, financial, medical or psychological advice) and should not be relied upon as such.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information obtained through the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the Services.
• Although we take reasonable steps to keep the Services available, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor our affiliates, directors, employees or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
• To the extent liability cannot be excluded, and except where applicable law provides otherwise, our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or this Agreement will be limited to the amount you have paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Minors

• The Services are primarily intended for users who have full legal capacity under the laws of their jurisdiction.
• If you are a minor under applicable law, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian, who must review and agree to this Agreement on your behalf.

10. Changes to the Services and this Agreement

• We may modify or update the Services and this Agreement from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or improvements to our offerings.
• When we make material changes, we will notify you by an appropriate means, such as by updating the date at the top of this Agreement and/or providing a notice within the Services.
• If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you should stop using the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Agreement becomes effective will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding its conflict of laws rules).
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent court at the domicile of Jinhua Juhe Network Technology Co., Ltd.
